Comparison of Compressive Fracture Strength according to the Layered Thickness of 3D Printing Resin

Abstract
Objective: To compare the fracture strength of specimens according to three different layered thicknesses using a 3D printer.
Methods: Design a specimen to compare the fracture strength comparison using the inventor program. 15 notches are printedon each of the designed specimens with stacking differences of 0.010 mm, 0.050 mm, and 0.150 mm. After washing the printed specimen with a washing machine for 20 minutes, dry it and light-polymerize it for 20 minutes. After removing the support, measure the fracutre strength comparison using a universal testing machine. Measures values are analyzed using a statistical program (SPSS).
Results: There was no statistically significant difference between the standard deviation is of 0.010 mm and 0.050 mm, and there was a significant difference between the standard deviations of 0.010 and 0.150 mm.
Conclusion: The fracture strength according to the three layered thicknesses becomes weaker in the order of 0.010 mm, 0.050 mm, and 0.150 mm.
